How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want to treat everyone who reaches Comweak Concrete fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or messaged Comweak Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record.

Tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Comweak Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.

What to Put in Your Email

Email contact@comweak.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
